Today, I went to my third Zentangle class. It was called Black Tile Zentangle, The instructor, Aleesha Sattva, is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). The class was in her very Zen condo in Burnaby. There was one other lady in the class (she was also at the first class, too). We each received a black tile basics kit to use and take home. The kit included black tiles, a Sakura Gelly Roll 08 White pen, a Zenstone (soapstone used to shade), and a tortillion. Also, because I had sign up for the class by a certain date, I received a special gift of 12 black tiles (score!). Today, I purchased a uni-ball signo broad white pen.
Once again, I enjoyed the class today, but I think I prefer white tiles and black pens more. Can't wait for the next class...Watercolours!
